Description: Often referred to as the secret gem of the Coromandel, Opoutere has a magnificent white sand surf beach plus a large harbour ideal for swimming, kayaks and many other water activities (but not Jet Skis). Situated at the quieter southern end of Whangamata, the house has pleasant views of the estuary and surrounding hills. Only 50 metres to the estuary and short walk to the ocean beach and local shops. Whangamata has two golf courses, and a good shopping centre. The ground floor area of the house is actually divided into two parts, with one half being a 1brm completely self contained unit (currently tenanted).
