Can I book for less than 7 nights?
Yes, most of the holiday homes can be booked for less than 7 nights,
but please note that most have a 2 night minimum.
What is the nightly rate for stays under 7 nights?
Shorter stays are a little more expensive on a per night basis and we will work
these out for you when you make your booking enquiry.
Do I have to clean the Holiday Homes when I leave?
Yes, in most cases you as the guest are responsible for leaving the house clean
and tidy as you found it. However, in most cases we can arrange cleaning for you
and a small surcharge will apply. In a few cases, the cleaning is included as
part of the accommodation charge or a mandatory cleaning surcharge may apply and
this will be shown on your booking confirmation.
Do I have to dispose of my own rubbish?
Yes, in all cases you as the guest are expected to remove all your own rubbish
when departing the Holiday Home. Many owners will leave instructions on how
and where to dispose of the rubbish and some will even leave the correct pre-paid
rubbish bags for you. If you are not sure on where to take the rubbish please
ask the key contact person.
Do I have to supply my own linen?
As the Holiday Homes are booked on a Self Catering basis, in most cases you
will need to supply your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. However,
for most of the Holiday Homes, “Linen Is Available On Request” and
a surcharge of around $10 – $15 per person then applies if you request
linen. In some cases, “All Linen Is Supplied” which means that all
the sheets, pillow cases, in-house bath towels as well as tea towels are provided
for you at no extra cost.
How do I make a booking?

are welcome to phone us if you prefer (09 585 2300).
